As Tanzania looks to increase exports, diversify its markets, and boost the worldwide competitiveness of domestically produced goods, participation in international trade forums has grown in importance.
These platforms give Tanzanian companies direct access to international investors, buyers, and logistics networks—all of which are essential for expansion in the linked economy of today.
In light of this, Tanzanian businesspeople and private sector participants have been encouraged to attend the Tanzania Trade and Logistics Forum 2026, which is set for February 13–14 in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Tanzania Freight Forwarders Representation in Dubai (TANFORD) is hosting the forum, which is anticipated to bring together important players from the logistics and trade industries.
The Tanzania Trade Development Authority (TANTRADE), which has described the initiative as a strategic opportunity to promote Tanzanian goods and services in the international market, has reaffirmed its commitment to helping Tanzanian businesses participate actively in the forum.
The action is a component of the National Strategy for Increasing Exports and Enhancing the Competitiveness of Tanzanian Products in the Global Market, which emphasizes international market penetration, export promotion, and private sector empowerment.
